Ark Preschool Helps Homeless Children Who Face Challenges at School


Problems and challenges homeless children face at school is far more complex. The Ark Preschool, a program of Episcopal Community Services of Maryland, works with families in Baltimore City offering school readiness in an accredited preschool environment and a range of services to aid families in crisis.

The Ark is privately funded through foundations, faith communities and individuals. The organization has a fully-accredited staff managed by talented volunteers who are on-hand provide assistance every day.
