UConn, in a simulation of the United Nations, will hold a debate on civic engagement and discuss current and pressing foreign policy issues.
The debate will shed light on the deep-seated issue on how people aren't really all that engaged in democracy. This is especially a problem among young people, and the debate hopes to tackle that.
