A Nebraska Department of Economic Development study will examine the labor skills in a three-state area: northeast Nebraska, southeast South Dakota and northwest Iowa.

The study's objective is to shed light on what is needed to attract new and expand existing businesses and skilled employees for employers and economic developers.
