Texting May Help Cut Risk for Type 2 Diabetes

According to a new University of Michigan research, texting may be good for your health and may reduce the risk for Type 2 diabetes.

A Txt4health program launched in Detroit and Cincinnati is an initiative that focused on text message-based program that seeks to raise type 2 diabetes risk awareness, as well as facilitate weekly weight and physical activity self-monitoring to lower diabetes risk.
