San Francisco has a new 10-year plan that aims to end chronic homelessness to replace an old one.
The city has created a plan to fix the situation of people living on the streets a decade ago. The old ten-year plan called for 3,000 supportive housing units and about 2,800 were built. Now, homeless advocates are pushing for the city's officials to augment its resources and make certain that the new plan will be an effective one.
