Homeless advocates flocked to the State Capitol to lobby legislators in rolling out $100 million in funds to shelter the homeless in Minnesota.

The hefty amount would fund 5,000 units across Minnesota. Advocates claim it would keep Minnesota on track to be first state to end homelessness for veterans.
