Rockefeller Invests $100 Million For Stronger Cities


The Rockefeller Foundation expressed enthusiasm in building up cities to be more stronger and resilient in times of looming disasters. The foundation has committed $100 million directly into city governments to act upon on their communities' ability to survive and adapt to calamities.

Part of the foundation's resilience strategy, it has unveiled its 100 Resilient Cities program, which is an initiative that challenges applicants to helm in the development of strategies that enable them to bounce back after a storm and transform them into opportunities for growth.
