Strategies to End Homelessness, an organization that leads a coordinated community effort to fight homelessness, has been assisting the homeless in Cincinnati and Hamilton County.

Executive Director Kevin Finn writes that to address homelessness, one must begin to observe that the average homeless person in Hamilton County is not living on the streets. He lists the community's centralized shelter support system that can provide homeless people emergency shelters and reserve beds.
