The Heart and Stroke Foundation, one of Canada's largest health charities, promotes its advocacy programs through a $300 million funding to back 19 research institutions in the country.

The Foundation's plan of action aims to provide institutions the financial stability to probe into and attract the brightest professionals in the field of heart disease and stroke.
