Fattah Presents $1.5 Million in Grants to Philadelphia Research Institutions


Senior Democrat Congressman Chaka Fattah announces that National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded five grants to research institutions in Philadelphia.

The grant awards total more than $1.5 million. Recipients of the NSF grants include University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). The recipients will use the funding on projects focused on computer and information science, and other related sciences.
