The Citizens Bank Foundation, the charitable arm of Citizens Bank, issued $20,000 to Hartford micro lender HEDCO for technology upgrades to its Business Resource Center.
The new technology will serve to boost service efficiency and aid minority business enterprises looking for contracts in the construction field to help them meet the criteria for the state and private sector-funded surety bond funding.
