The Street Store: Where Homeless Can Pick Up Clothes for Free

Pop-up clothing store, The Street Store, is hosted on city streets where the homeless can come and pick up donated clothes for free.

The store's concept is spearheaded by colleagues Kayli Levitan and Max Pazak, who work at the M&C Saatchi Abel ad agency in Green Point, Cape Town. The Street Store is made up of 5 posters. People bring their donations, which they 'hang up' on the posters with a hanger design and then 'drop' shoes and accessories on the folded posters resembling boxes. Shop assistants then provide the homeless a full shopping experience.
