The new Regional Foundation, a public charity, will retain the originating foundations' commitment to improving the quality of life for those living in low-income communities.

The orginating foundationss geographic focus Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware where 800 grants totaling more than $ 100 million have been awarded since 1998.
