"In today's business landscape, where technology and social responsibility take center stage, Plan HR will be a force for change."

That's the promise of the new boutique HR consultancy, which launched this week in San Francisco.

With a focus on AI and real-world business outcomes, Plan HR says it will "disrupt traditional HR practices" and offer pro bono services to qualifying non-profits and donate 10% of its first-year profits to charity, per the EIN Presswire.

"The firm is not just reimagining Human Resources; it is shaping its future while giving back to local communities," says Plan HR co-founder and CEO Katrina van Doorn.

Van Doorn, a former HR director for Apple, Google, and Facebook, says the firm is "uniquely positioned to meet the needs of today's evolving business climate, embracing innovation while leaving outdated practices behind," per the San Francisco Chronicle.
