Springboard Hospitality Partners With Procure Impact for Responsible Sourcing and ...

"Every purchase has the power to make a difference," Jen Collins, president of Procure Impact, says in a press release.

And that's exactly what Springboard Hospitality, a hospitality management company with 48 hotels and resorts in 14 states, plans to do with its purchases on the B2B marketplace.

As part of the Dignity of Work Pledge, Springboard has pledged to create 5,000 hours of work for people facing barriers to employment, including survivors of trafficking, veterans, at-risk youth, refugees, individuals with disabilities, and those who have experienced poverty, incarceration, homelessness, mental health issues, and trauma, per a press release.

Springboard will purchase products from social enterprises on the Procure Impact platform, including snack products, bathroom amenities, glassware, coasters, candles, and bath salts.

"By doing business in this way, Springboard is not only enhancing the guest experience through high-quality, hand-crafted products, but also creating meaningful job opportunities for individuals facing barriers to employment," Collins says.
