If you've ever wanted to try out for the New York City Marathon, you're in luck.

The city's Department of Parks and Recreation has announced that anyone who runs in the race on Oct.

27 will get a free ticket, the New York Daily News reports.

The race will take place at Brooklyn's Central Park, and anyone who runs in it will be entered into a random drawing to win a free ticket.

The marathon runs from Oct.

27 through Nov.
