That's the pronouncement of Dr. Satyaabrata Minaketan, founder of the ODM Educational Group, after 142 of his teachers in India were recently certified as "School Innovation Ambassadors" by the country's Ministry of Education, the Times of India reports.
The School Innovation Ambassador training program, curated by the Ministry of Education, consists of five comprehensive modules aimed at equipping educators with the skills necessary to cultivate an innovative mindset in students, M1' Design Thinking and Innovation, M2' Idea Generation and Handholding, M3' Entrepreneurship and Prototype Development, M4' Intellectual Property Rights, M5' Finance, Sales, and HR, Upon completion of these modules, educators are certified as Innovation Ambassadors, capable of integrating these concepts into their teaching practices."
"The certification of these teachers as Innovation Ambassadors is a milestone for ODM Educational Group, reinforcing its commitment to educational excellence and innovation," Minaketan says in a statement.
"The initiative underscores the importance of continuous professional development for educators and highlights the role of innovative thinking in shaping the future of education."
