PeopleShare has an amazing opportunity for an Office Receptionist to support a Nonprofit Organization in Philadelphia!

Job Details for Office Receptionist:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
  • Contract to Hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Office Receptionist:

  • Makes sure all supplies and the supply closet are fully stocked
  • Distributes Mail - Acts as backup to Mail room
  • Liaison to access cards for the building
  • Makes sure all guests are checked in/signed in
  • Collects all keys from staff who are leaving the organization
  • Handles invoicing for supplies
  • Answers all inbound phone calls and routes calls and emails appropriately

Job Requirements for Office Receptionist:

  • 1-2 years' of previous office experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Microsoft Office Experience
