Senior Life Plan Counselor
Cultivate prospect database to generate entrance/membership fees for Gulf Coast Village and/or Senior Choice at Home by bringing those leads to closure and consistently meeting and/or exceeding activity/metric expectations and closing goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate, at a minimum, weekly with the Sales & Marketing Manager and/or Director
regarding expectations and closing goals.
Brainstorm regularly with Sales Team to generate solutions to bring prospects to closure. Adhere to individual sales metrics to consistently achieve calls, visits, sales and closes.
Meet/exceed budgeted revenue closes & provide projections on a monthly/quarterly basis. Actively participate/facilitate onsite and offsite informational workshops/seminars for prospective residents.
Assist in lead generation through offering prospect luncheons, special interest group luncheons and resident/member housewarming parties/get togethers.
Interact with all leads provided through advertising, public relations, referral, or personal contact and convert into residents/members through the use of professional selling skills.
Schedule and conduct onsite & offsite personal visits with prospective residents/members. Represent the organization, as needed, at onsite or offsite professional meetings, networking events with referral sources and consumer groups.
Track leads, keeping accurate records on all prospective residents/members & referral sources, through data entry into the CRM Enquire database.
Uphold C.A.R.E. Core Standards of community at all times.
Provide weekly & monthly metric report updates on progress toward quarterly goals. Prospect actively for referrals from our residents, members, family members, associates and professionals with our community.
Act professionally and honestly at all times when representing Gulf Coast Village and Volunteers of America.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude for a motivating sales team culture. Follow Lead Distribution policy for the department to ensure fairness in lead dissemination.

Educational Requirements and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
At least two years in marketing/sales in senior living setting.
Experience interacting with referral organizations, professional community organizations
