Ohio Valley Goodwill is seeking caring individuals to provide instruction in appropriate work behaviors and life skills to adults with developmental disabilities at our locations in Hamilton, Clermont, and Butler Counties-- and also assisting them with learning experiences and connections in the community. Applicants should enjoy a busy working environment with a passion to help others, and should possess excellent relationship building skills and thoughtful mentoring skills. High School diploma/GED required at minimum. A minimum of three months of total experience, (either volunteer or paid), in a field or activity helping others. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must pass DMV check as transporting individuals to community experiences during the week will be required in Goodwill vans.
