Prairie Harvest Mental Health, community-based nonprofit services provider for adults with serious mental illness, will be closing one of its employment and revenue-producing projects, The 4th Street Eatery.

The nonprofit, in a letter sent to the county, lists down a number of issues that resulted in the organization's vain attempts at retaining its current employees. Out of its 100 clients, the eatery only employed 10.
