An event at a South Providence community outreach center addressed how small businesses can access capital and what steps individuals can take to become more financially literate.

The event was part of General Treasurer Gina M. Raimondo’s "Smart Money Tour" that stressed advancing financial literacy among Rhode Island residents can boost the state economy.
