US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius addresses the nation in celebration of the 23rd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Secretary Sebelius reminds Americans how ADA has been helping to create "inclusive communities, where people with disabilities live independent lives and contribute in meaningful ways." She also indicates that HHS supports the ratification by the Congress of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities.
