Health and Human Services Supports Health Insurance Marketplaces

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services awarded $1.5 billion in grants to eleven states to ensure the states have the resources to establish health insurance marketplaces.

California, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, and Vermont are in the process on implementing the new exchanges as a key part of the new 'ObamaCare' legislation.
