Court Appointed Special Advocate Association Seeks to Push Foster Care Alumni toward Success

The Court Appointed Special Advocate Association (CASA) is a volunteer program that enables volunteers to act as advocates or children who are victims of abuse or neglect.

CASA aims to identify guardian angels for foster children and, beginning when the children are 12, help give them the push toward a successful life.
