Racial Disparity in Alcohol Types Consumed By Adolescent Girls


In a soon-to-be published January 2014 issue of Alcoholism: Clinical & Experimental Research, findings report that black and white girls have significantly "different risk" profiles.

The study is important since only by being aware of racial differences in alcohol tupes consumed can researchers and communities better adapt policies and preventive measures to shrink negative aftermaths of excessive alcohol use.
