Women with Childhood Physical Abuse History More Likely to be Obese


In a new study by University of Toronto, women who have a history of childhood physical abuse were more likely to be obese as adults.

Findings note that women from physically abusive families still had higher odds of obesity. The study appears online in the August journal of Obesity Facts.
