Sebelius Promotes Obamacare to Philadelphia Latino Community


The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was in Philadelphia to address the Latino community about enrolling in health insurance plans.

According to Sebelius, Latinos have the highest rate of the uninsured in the US. Latinos make up 17 percent of the "eligible uninsured." This rules out undocumented immigrants. The city's population is 12 percent Latino.
