The Senate Health and Human Services Committee is probing into the impact of divorce on Oklahoma children and taxpayers with an interim study.

The study will look at lowering divorce rates in Oklahoma to help children throughout the state achieve success while saving taxpayers millions of dollars. The study will also cover input from experts on family and child well-being.
