Using KickStarter to Launch Social Enterprise Project

Spencer Toyama, a Web & Tech Solutions Provider and Huffington Post contributor, was recently invited to be a keynote speaker for the monthly Envision Hawaii Social Enterprise meeting.

Toyama's group used Kickstarter to launch a project that brings perspective to human trafficking. He notes that Kickstarter is a great tool for any entrepreneur that has a product-based business because it "forces you into thinking through a lean methodology of launching your business."
