Ramsey County Commissioner Joins NACo on Human Services and Education

At the 2013 National Association of Counties (NACo) Annual Conference held in Fort Worth, Texas, Ramsey County Commissioner Toni Carter served as chair of the NACo Steering Committee on Human Services and Education.

The conference aim to support counties in improving human services and education programs through the creation of innovative solutions.
