The Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness released a report stating that youth homelessness is a growing concern in the region.
The biggest challenge is determining the number of homeless youth. The report also addresses systemic failures, which can be contributing factors in homelessness, such as the difficult transitioning out of child welfare.
