Maryland receives $6.4 million competitive grant to expand Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program throughout the state.

The grants are awarded by the US Department of Health and Human Services under the Affordable Care Act. The program offers financial assistance to states for home visiting programs that render support services and education to at-risk children and families.
