Social Enterprise Seminars Formed for Entrepreneurs in Blackburn

Regenerate Pennine Lancashire, an economic development company, plans to hold a series of seminars about starting a social enterprise.

There will be an introductory session in Blackburn, which will be at the Bootstrap Enterprises on Railway Road, served with a buffet lunch. The seminars follow similar programs in Hyndburn, Nelson, Rossendale and Burnley.
