Andy Kabeya, an apprentice at Jamie Oliver's social enterprise Fifteen, speaks about ow a social enterprise has changed his life.

The 21 year-old Kabeya has been in prison four times, and sought refuge at the social enterprise working as a restaurant apprentice. His dreams include being a head chef at a top restaurant and set up a social enterprise of his own.
