A summit with homeless liaisons recognizes ways and key solutions to bolster partnerships and coordinate services.

However, a point that was touched on through the summit: how to make others aware of the services that do exist. Through numerous fundraising and services, homeless rates are declining. The summit points out that this is the time for resource agencies to start emerging because of the number of agencies receiving grants are dropping.
