USAID Kicks Off $24 Million Phil-Am Fund for Civil Society

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) launched a $24 million fund (P1 billion) for innovative solutions to poverty, corruption, and human trafficking.

The Phil-Am Fund a 5-year grant facility for civil society and the private sector get funding for projects on key areas such as new business and entrepreneurship, transparency in government, literacy, combating trafficking, and environment. The grant was awarded to the Gerry Roxas Foundation (GRF).
