Bill King, president of the Minnesota Council of Foundations has recently expressed his plan to retire this June after serving the organization for 12 years.
King, who has stirred the council through a decade of economic challenges for philanthropies, said he's proud of the position he leaves the organization in, and that there's no better time to retire, because the timing is perfect for change.
