According to a research being presented at IDWeek 2013™, the reason girls from low-income families aren't fully vaccinated against human papillomavirus (HPV) differ based on whether their parents speak English or Spanish.
HPV vaccination protects against most causes of cervical cancer, with lower-income women have higher rates of the disease.
