Judge Advocate Corps: Offer Pro Bono Legal Counsel for Service Members

A volunteer corps of lawyers, called the Judge Advocate Corps (JAC), is a unit of the Maryland Defense Force, a group of uniformed civilian volunteers that assist military members by providing legal services.

The mission of the JAC is to provide pro bono legal counsel for members of the Maryland Army National Guard, the Maryland Air National Guard and military veterans.
