Westmoreland County Receives $15.7 Million in Discretionary Funding for Community-Based Services


Westmoreland is one of the 10 counties included in a pilot program that provides human services funding.

The county gets a $15.7 million in block grants to pay for community-based mental health services, behavioral health and intellectual disability clients programs, child welfare, drug and alcohol treatment, homeless assistance and human service development projects.
