Seattle\'s Pioneer Human Services Transforms Lives of Ex-Inmates Around


Seattle's Pioneer Human Services presents programs for people who are re-integrating themselves back to society from prison or those who are overcoming chemical addiction and a mental disability.

Pioneer Human Services will be able to unfurl its job-training program after the U.S. Department of Labor awarded the agency a $1.17 million grant earlier this year. It was among 16 prisoner re-entry programs across the country to be given a total of $20 million.
