Soap Cycling is a social enterprise that collects used soap bars from hotels, processes them, and works with NGOs to circulate processed soap to children and families in disadvantaged Asian communities.
The social enterprise, founded by David Bishop, also a law professor at Hong Kong University, was funded by a grant from the Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation, and has fostered partnerships with partners like Hilton Worldwide and the Lee Hysan Foundation.
