Governor Coumo Included a 3rd Round of Funding for Regional Development Councils in 2013-14 Budget

Governor Andrew Coumo of New York has recently announced the details of his 2013-14 executive budget, where he proposed to include a third round of funding for the regional economic development councils.


Cuomo proposed $150 million in capital funding for the regional councils and $70 million in tax credits — the same funding levels as last year\'s competition.
