The Link Between Depression and Poor Parenting

Researchers at the University of Exeter found that depression is likely to cause difficulties with parenting.

The new article, published in the journal Psychological Medicine, suggests that parents who have suffered from depression might be emotionally empty and as a consequence feel shame and guilt towards their parenting role.
