Mindfulness-Based Program Enhances Teacher Wellbeing

According to Penn State researchers, participating in a mindfulness-based program boosts a teacher's wellbeing.

The CARE (Cultivating Awareness and Resilience in Education) for teachers program, developed by the Garrison Institute, a New York-based nonprofit, is designed to reduce stress and improve teachers' performance and classroom learning environments. The research appears in the journal School Psychology Quarterly.
