New Effort to End Homelessness among Veterans in Connecticut

A coalition of groups ranging from homeless shelters to the Connecticut Department of Labor planned a statewide action to end homelessness among veterans in the state.

According to Greg Behrman of Fairfield, a U.S. Navy reservist and former State Department staffer who founded the Connecticut Heroes Project, Connecticut has the "most detailed, the most actionable state plan in the country."
