More HEFCE Funding to Support Social Enterprise in Universities and Colleges

The Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) launches the £2 million program, delivered by UnLtd, at Aston University in Birmingham to raise awareness about social entrepreneurship in universities and higher education institutions.

According to UnLtd's chief executive Cliff Prior, "Social entrepreneurs are becoming ever more central to the social and economic recovery in the UK, innovating for good and enterprising for sustainability."
