The Urban Institute's newest Work Support Strategies research, "Confronting the Child Care Eligibility Maze," helps states face onerous administrative methods that make it hard for low-income families to get and keep child care benefits.
The report also address advancing challenges clients encounter in trying to access other benefits for which they are eligible (i.e. SNAP/Medicaid).
