An online marketplace has been set up to help Boston-area artists sell their artworks, ArtLifting.
ArtLifting is founded by brother-sister duo Spencer and Liz Powers. The site, artlifting.com, is an art therapy program in Boston for homeless and low-income residents. The online market was inspired by an annual event called City Heart, where art created by people in homeless shelters in Boston and Cambridge was showcased and sold to the public.
